How does this site work?
MyRoofBid.com is designed to be a central location for Homeowners and
Businesses to locate a local qualified roofer to bid projects. We purchase
traffic or "Visitors" through Yahoo, Google, MSN and Alta Visa search
engines. We also provide our database with marketing materials to
promote the usage of this site. Once a customer has completed the online
form, our form handler sends it to the local contractor that has secured
that County or City. Each lead is sent direct to you - via fax or email.
How much do the leads cost?
This is the best part. Since we are a web based company, we are able to keep
expenses at a minimum. Each lead is 3.00, that's right three dollars.
How do I get leads?
Your choice. Via fax or email. You will get the lead minutes after the form
is completed. In this fast paced world, getting in contact with the customer
fast can make a big difference. We ask that someone at least call the
lead within one hour. This is help increase your closing ratio. We also keep
track of the leads and how many you close. If you are not having any
success, we will assist you by offering discounts and other ideas to help
close the sale.
What is required of my company?
We expect that you will provide quality workmanship with a professional
honest business attitude -And assume these are your current business
practices. In addition we will need:
1.) A Certificate of your Liability / Workers Compensation Insurance.
(Exemptions are ok.)
2. A current State License with no complaints on file.
What are the
terms - Billing, Minimum orders, ect.
We work on the honor system. We bill each Month for leads received. There is
no "Set-up" fee or membership fees. There are no minimum orders.
Each lead is sent to three local roofers. If there are more roofers in the
area we will rotate the leads. We reserve the right to discontinue sending
leads to any roofer in our database. Invoices are due within 10 Days.
Failure to pay for advanced leads will result in removal from the database.
